Customer: a person who orders services provided by the Provider.
1. Subject of the contract
The Provider provides the Customer with web hosting and/or website and e-shop development services according to the Customer’s order and the current price list. The contract also covers technical support and any service updates, where these are part of the order.
2. Order and conclusion of the contract
- The contract is concluded when the Provider confirms the order by e-mail or issues an invoice.
- The Customer confirms that they have read these terms and conditions and agree to them.
- The Customer is obliged to provide all information and materials needed for the proper provision of the service.
3. Prices and payment
- Service prices are listed in the price list on the website or agreed individually.
- Payment is made by bank transfer to the Provider’s account or in another agreed form.
- Invoices are due 14 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.
- In the event of late payment the Provider may charge a contractual penalty or suspend the service.
4. Rights and obligations of the Provider
The Provider is obliged to provide the services in accordance with the contract and with professional care. The Provider is not liable for interruptions or limitations of the service caused by technical problems of third parties. The Provider is entitled to carry out server maintenance and updates in order to ensure the security and reliability of the services.
5. Rights and obligations of the Customer
The Customer is obliged to provide true and complete information needed for the provision of the service, must not use the services for illegal activity and is responsible for the content of their websites and the materials stored on the Provider’s servers.
6. Termination of the contract
The contract may be terminated by agreement of both parties or by either party giving 30 days’ notice. The Provider may terminate the contract with immediate effect if the Customer breaches these terms.
7. Liability
The Provider is not liable for loss of data, internet outages or damage arising from the use of the service. The Customer is obliged to back up their data regularly.
8. Personal data protection (GDPR)
The Provider processes the Customer’s personal data for the purpose of performing the contract and contacting the Customer. More information is available in the document Privacy Policy / GDPR.
9. Governing law and dispute resolution
The contractual relationship is governed by Czech law. Any disputes will be settled by agreement, otherwise by the competent court in the Czech Republic.
